Marketing and Admissions Officer

Agora Barcelona International School is a private school, member of the Globeducate group. The school is located in San Esteve Ses Rovires, 25 kilometres from Barcelona in a beautiful natural setting. It is characterised by educational innovation, high academic performance and personalised attention to the needs of each student. It offers the national curriculum, the International Baccalaureate, Sport and Leisure Vocational Training cycles and complete art, music and sports programmes.

We are currently looking to appoint a new Marketing and Admissions Officer.

Goal: Carrying out the admission and marketing process, ensuring coordination with the management and teaching team for enrollment as well as the development of strategic and tactical actions that showcase, both online and offline, the educational project to interested families.

The chosen person will:

• Receive and manage admission requests from potential students for both the school and residence in a timely manner.
• Conduct visits to families in coordination with the school's management and academic structure.
• Follow-up with precise records in CRM until enrollment.
• Implement actions to enhance communication with families at different stages of the enrollment process.
• Analyze management KPIs and propose improvement measures agreed upon with the school's management.
• Collaborate with teaching teams for a better understanding and future explanation of the educational project to families interested in any educational stage.
• Develop tactical and strategic actions (B2B – B2C) to attract future enrollments.
• Serve as the communication link with the Corporate Admissions and Marketing Department for the development of all relevant actions and projects, both internal to the school and at the brand level.
• Ensure the flow of information and support material (photography, video, content) to communicate effectively. Ensure that communications are coherent, persuasive, and in line with the school's values and vision.
• Manage and administer the school's social media networks.
• Organize events: Open Days, Educational Innovation Days, Parent Meetings, Fairs and Global events

Requisites:

• Experience in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service and Retention

• Very high level of English proficiency (many families and contacts will be addressed in English)

• Native Catalan and Spanish speaker

• Proactive, analytical, approachable and assertive personality 

• Bachelor's Degree in Sociology or Marketing related field

• Knowledge of the preK-12 education sector will be highly valued

• Knowledge of CRM (Hubspot) and Canva
